Lee and Lauren's Wedding

We had a wonderful time at Lee and Lauren's beautiful wedding!  It was hard to say goodbye to Finley initially, but it was WONDERFUL to have a date night with my husband!

Finley was such a good girl during Lauren and Lee's rehearsal!  She got to wear the pretty dress that Grandma Kelly got for her too!  There aren't many pictures of Finley and me as I am always the one behind the camera.  I am trying to remember to take more :)

1 Month Old!

Happy 1 Month Birthday, sweet girl!

Finley is a very 'chill' baby. She cries when she is hungry and sometimes when she is over-tired.  She has started to focus her eyes much more on people's faces.  She has had 1 or 2 smiles over the last few days that seem intentional.  :)  She is in size 1 diapers and she has outgrown a couple of her newborn outfits.  Quite a few of her newborn outfits are still too big on her.  She likes to be held and has a hard time sleeping unless she is in someone's arms.  This is something we will be working on changing in the next month.  She likes to snuggle and her favorite place is on her mommy or daddy's chest.  She has her 1 month check-up next week.  We are eager to see how much she weighs and how long she is.  Part of me wants time to slow down, but another part of me is eager to see all of the 'firsts' that are going to happen in her life.  We are just SO in love with our sweet girl.  She is the light of our lives. <3

4 Weeks Old!

Can't believe she is already 4 weeks old!  She is changing every day.  She is such a good baby.

Finley's First Trip to the Northwoods!

We went on Finley's first trip to the northwoods over the July 4th week.  She got to meet a ton of friends and family while we were there!

 Finley got to meet Becky.  Becky is marrying my great friend Danny in September!

 Watching Danny hold Finley was PRICELESS!  He was like a statue as he didn't want to 'break' her!

 Finley also got to meet Camryn and Cooper.  We will have to make sure she meets Carson and Connor very soon!

 This is Finley's cousin, Faith!  She is 10 months old.  It was fun to see the differences between the two girls.  I never got a chance to get a picture of them together, but I am sure throughout their lives, there will be plenty of photo opportunities with them!

This is Finley's Great Grandma.  They got along SO well.  They loved to snuggle with each other!  The whole time I was there with her, I could feel my Frampa's presence.  I know he is watching over all of us!

Finley also got to meet the Peckmans, the Hills, Great Grandma and Grandpa Bloch, the Knitts, and Jenny and Dave Cox.  It was a wonderful trip!
